Returns and quality problems
If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, materially different from the order, or is confirmed lost, contact us with the order number. We will provide an appropriate replacement, repair, price reduction or refund according to applicable law.
European Union
For ordinary non-personalised products, eligible consumers may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Return instructions and the model form are on the EU Withdrawal page. This does not limit legal rights for defective goods.
United States
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn except for fitting and returned according to the instructions supplied by support.
