Right of withdrawal
If you are an eligible EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from delivery to tell us clearly that you are withdrawing from an ordinary distance purchase, followed by 14 days to send the goods back. Contact the email shown on our Contact page before returning anything.
We reimburse eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery, using the original payment method. The customer pays return postage where disclosed before purchase. Personalised goods made to the customer’s specifications may be excluded when clearly disclosed before ordering.
Model withdrawal statement
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Name and address: [details]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].
This summary must be reviewed for each country opened for sale.
